For this theme, we chose to use the silhouette of a suit to represent the repetitive nature of work. The suit is a garment that is subject to strict standards, and its design and tailoring emphasize uniformity, neatness, and conformity. This kind of standardization represents an external constraint, representing the regulatory nature of traditional labor systems.
